At Sorainen we’ve established a well-deserved reputation for working on matters that make the region greener, safer and fairer. The Sorainen ESG service line is dedicated to helping clients navigate the constantly changing landscape of sustainability-related regulation.

We also invest in educating clients and the market in general on ESG matters. This includes organising webinars, producing informative newsletters, accepting speaking opportunities and establishing partnerships.

During our first regional ESG-related webinar we covered supply chain management, while the second one was devoted to the ESG in M&A transactions.

Pan-Baltic bonds market

This will be the third webinar in the series “Helping clients succeed in the ESG transition” organised by Sorainen.

The bonds market in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is experiencing several new developments, which may provide impetus for its further growth. Namely, as of 2024, new uniform rules for mid-size issues of bonds have been introduced. In addition to this, there is increased demand from investors for sustainable bonds. Moreover, the EU has approved a new standard for green bonds.

These are the issues that will be discussed in this webinar by Sorainen experts from all three Baltic countries. They will also be joined by a guest speaker Silver Kalmus from LHV (Estonia) who will share practical experience from the issuer’s side regarding sustainable bond issuance.

The webinar should not be missed by current and prospective issuers, asset managers, legal and compliance experts, M&A professionals or anyone following developments in pan-Baltic capital markets.

Registration is open until 31 January.
